What happens when I choose to work with you guys?
We only work with 1-2 clients per month because of the heavy lifting we do during onboarding. The first step will be setting a date that we will launch with you. From there, they'll be a strategy kick-off call where we align our campaign team and campaign strategies, followed by 30 days of streamlining your system, auditing your funnel and team, and hiring & training new sales team if necessary.
How does your pay structure work?
There's an up-front fee for our build out, auditing, optimization, and any hiring needs at the beginning. From there we work on 20-25% commission depending on if you want a team of only sales people or if you want setters as well. Lastly, there's a small retainer depending on the scale of your company to cover the operational costs of being your fully outsourced sales department.
